For our fifth family reunion, we returned to Rockey River Resort, site of our first reunion. Everyone had a great time, in no small part due to Albert's excellent planning efforts.

• Monday - Don, Nate, Al, Albert, Glen, and Than went mountain biking on the 29 mile Double Top ('Double Up, No Down') trail. Trail conditions were, uh, less than optimal, shall we say.
• Tuesday - Nearly all went rafting, either on the Gunnison or the Taylor River.
• Wednesday - Seventeen of us climbed Mt. Shavano. Albert, Donnie, & Nate went on to claim a second peak, Tabeguache. Afterwards, we visited Al & Than's favorite Salida brewpub, Amicas (formerly Il Vicino).
• Thursday - A second rafting expedition for some, biking into town for breakfast for others, fishing, and relaxing around the Resort.
• Friday - Excursions to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison for some and an eight mile hike to a mountain lake near the old mining town of Gothic for others.
• Saturday - Race day for Albert & Than, who competed in the Wildflower Rush. Departure day, with a mini-reunion at Clara's home in Evergreen for some.
